Exploratory Choral Meditation no. 1

Nightingale Vocal Ensemble is Ensemble in Residence at the Cathedral Church of Saint Paul in Boston. On the first Wednesday of each month, we will present a freely improvised Exploratory Choral Meditation focused on a particular theme related to current pressing social justice issues. Our improvisations will be inspired by essays, poetry, art, photography, and more, all pertaining to the chosen theme. To get a sense of the music we'll be creating, listen to our 2023 album Composition Sped Up.
