TICKET LINK POSTED SOON BY MUSEUM SEPTEMBER 24 - Phillips Exeter Academy, NH - 7:30pm TICKET LINK POSTED SOON BY EXETER Nightingale teams up with Juventas New Music Ensemble, Composer Greg Brown, visual artist Brian Cohen, and poet Todd Hearon for the premier of Strange Land, an immersive multimedia experience based on the Book of Revelation seen through modern eyes confronting the collisions of ages-old spiritual questions with our modern technological world. The music sets modern and ancient Psalms for choir, tenor soloist, and chamber ensemble augmented with electronic sounds. This concert event is accompanied by images etched into huge copper plates, printed in the traditional manner, enlarged to colossal proportions and projected in minute detail on the IMAX screen.

JANUARY 23 - (venue TBD) Loch Mavis ("lake of the thrush"). Enjoy a taste of Scottish vocal music, folklore, and terroir on the weekend of "Burns Night." Nightingale is joined by master story teller, Diane Edgecomb to explore the rich sounds and stories of Scotland coming from the key regions of Scotch Whiskey. Tickets include a complimentary taste of Scotch from representative distilleries as we weave an immersive auditory experience through this ancient land, its people, and its rich culture.
